No friends on a powder day!

I got a new hero. Here is why.

So a hiker, following his "buddy's" post holing a new boot pack (on top of a cornice) up the the ridge ended up breaking a cornice off and going for a ride, getting partially buried.

They send out ski patrol to seach for bodies (none found) and shut down all gates from hiking.
The "buddy"after learning that his friend went for a ride, left his partner and kept on hiking and continued on his tour. The victim talking to ski patrol said he had a "buddy" whom was unaccounted for. So this is what happened. Full search. (dogs, choppers, probe line)

Although this "Buddy" was not his patner's hero, he is mine. This "buddy" truly lives by the code "no friends on a powder day"! Way to go, "buddy"!
