This pic is Actually Scotts fish. With the cold weather scott thought we wouldnt do too good, so when he caught the first fish I took a photo for insurance. Ended up not needing it. Scott took it easy on me an even let me cast first into the most promising holes.
Nick is somebody else who gets to ride with me. If you believe like i do that the best snowboarder in the world is the one having the most fun, Nick is world champ. He sometimes wears a one piece that i am jealous of and when he wear it i call him the trash man. Nick snowboarded for a week then became a snowboard instructor.

Fishing with Saylor in the Uinta's last Summer
Look for the hard to see monofilament with the fly on it. I just dropped the fly down 2 ft above the water and this happened.
Here is a video of my friend Billy. To say he rides a lot is an understatement. He rides more than anyone i know. Often times I go with. I like the way he rides because he doesn't take too long eye balling stuff and has got a lot of surf style and power. Many of his lines remind me of creek kayaking. If Billy says there arn't too many rocks (i hate hitting rocks) I take that to mean that the slope is 50% rocks and 50% snow. It is very common for him to wake up at 5:00am go for a tour (headlamp), go to work @ 8:30 am at the resort, get a couple of quick ridge hikes in for lunch break, work till 5:00 pm and do something similar the next day. We have been on a few surf trips together. (el salv, costa, baja) He use to be master of the third world dirt bag surf trip ($3 day) but has since raised the stakes ($50 day)

I think this set up cost me $3.00 A trash can makes an excellent bench as wax scrapings go right in. A $1 light switch makes for a ok scraper and a $2.00 thrift shop iron melts the wax. You are gonna win any races, but if you wax every once in a while and buy boards with good bases, you are gonna go faster than your buddies.

Wes is pretty damm good. Wes knows a lot of lip tricks, expecially for somebody with big wheels (60mm) I learned a lip trick or two or two from Wes. All and all a fun sess.
Went for a nice tour with Shannon Sunday. Her first time on a split board. did about a 1000' vert between Solitude and Brighton.What style! I think turns look way cooler than new school skiers. Like Skiing with Billy the Kid!
