Pilot's Tip #55.

Altitude and airspeed are a pilot's best friend, Trees are not.

Like picking a juicy peach, except instead of sweet peach juice dripping down your chin it's shame.

Bad rc idea #4

In the RC world there is a inverse relationship between how good an idea is and how fun it is to try.
Shannon was not impressed.

Mustache not enogh to conquer the spider.

The Spider (Above) is a series of shoots I can see from my front yard. Mark, Matt and I tried to get it today
Started in the valley, after 5 hours of bushwhacking ever and only gaining 2500 vertical feet had to turn around.WE got about level with the bottom of the shot. If you listen real close you can hear my mustache crying. Mark's goatee wasn't pleased either. To succeed, you gotta increase your failure rate, either that or lower your expectations.

Today's Kids Not Easy to Scare

Two local scientist conducted a experiment on how today's kids scare: Conclusion? Not easy.

Parents are getting harder to scare too.

The scientist were armed with the following equipment:
Beer
Pitbull/boxer
Trucker Hat with band name Nashville "kitty" or similar
Boom box.
Spinning props

The above items had no effect on parents decision that we were a "safe bet." Matter of fact we were safer than nobody.

"Mom is leaving to pick up some fast food. She comes out and let her kids know it is fine to stay at park with us, but to come back inside once we. " said one of the scientist. "We were a lawsuit waiting to happen, but to todays parent, with our beer and spinning props and pitbull, we looked like a safe haven, I just don't get it."

Bluie, a candle in the wind, a rough draft.

Most half inch foam insulation bought at Lowe's ends up on houses, spending their long long lives guarding people from tempurature extreemes.

Not Bluie! Bluie was lovingly made into an airplane by a red headed proud Gappedo type.

Under Gappedo's guidance, Bluie lived a very very short but exciting life. here is bluies story.

to be continued. (spoiler alert, bluie is going to be a candle buring on many, many ends)
