Im no you. 3 days it took me. jeep road, pretty fast rolling, not a ton of vert. 4x4 car support camping trip. 28 miles a day was plenty for me. It would not be fun for me to do it in one day, but you could, and wouldn't need a permit, or car support. each ride was probably 5-6 hours in saddle, low wattage, stopping for beer and lunch. so 15-18 hours might get it done. it is by moab, leave at 4:00am get in at 7:00pm i would bet people have done it.

Just because I have done rides like that doesn't mean I want to do them on a regular basis. Your way does sound more fun.
